Email and or Phone confirmation will be made to you on receipt of completed Registration Form and Program Fee. • There will be no refunds once the session begins. • $45.00 Non-refundable administration fee for cancellations prior to start of session. • There will be no refunds due to Covid Shutdowns /or breaking Covid protocols. • We regret that make-up classes are not available. • All skaters must wear a CSA approved ice hockey helmet , face mask and gloves. The applicant agrees that Edges Learn To Skate, its Directors, Agents, Employees and any other persons or corporation connected herewith will not be responsible for any accident, injury or loss, however caused and agrees to release the above mentioned from all claims or damages which may arise as a result of or by any reason of such accident, injury or loss. With registration, I authorize Edges Learn To Skate to publish photographs taken of me and/or the undersigned minor children, for use in the Edges Learn To Skate printed and online publications. I release the Edges Learn To Skate from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children listed below and that I have the authority to authorize Edges Learn To Skate to use their photographs, videos and names. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and website produced by the Edges Learn To Skate confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release the Edges Learn To Skate, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the undersigned minor children.
